At Inflatable Retreats, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Our foam parties, games, and other activities are designed to be fun and memorable, but like any physical activity, they involve certain risks. These risks can include slipping, falling, collisions, or allergic reactions to foam or other materials used during the event.
To ensure everyone’s safety and well-being, all participants (or their parent or guardian if under 18 years old) must complete and submit a waiver and release of liability form before participating in any activities. This form outlines the risks involved, collects important health information, and includes consent agreements.
Please take a moment to read all questions carefully and answer honestly — this helps us provide the safest and best possible experience for you and your group.
During events, photos and videos may be taken for promotional use. You will have the option to consent to this as part of the waiver.
